We run programmes with ERG Networks, providing them with the tools they need to thrive. Dialogues by Purpose Union is a bespoke service that designs and facilitates structured conversations on sensitive social and cultural topics. 

Our approach enables organisations to come together, build understanding and emerge from these discussions more united, with a clear vision for positive organisational change.
