Head of Operations

Naomi is Head of Operations at Purpose Union, looking after the operations, finance and HR of the company. 

At Purpose Union, Naomi works with the staff to ensure the processes of the company run as smoothly as possible, from client onboarding to recruitment. She managed the process for Purpose Union’s B Corp accreditation and also helps with developing internal DE&I and gender-based policies.

Previously, Naomi has worked at a variety of charities and start-ups. Whilst working for a charity in East London, she helped to develop their barista training course for the homeless community, running a number of cohorts for those in the area and helping individuals to achieve their SCA Foundation Barista qualification. She also spent a year living and working in Los Angeles. 

Naomi recently achieved Distinction in her Masters of Law from the University of Brighton, with a focus on the rights of sex workers under the law. She is passionate about women's rights and has volunteered with women's charities in London, Los Angeles and Brighton.
