Lauren supports clients across communications and advocacy delivery. Lauren serves as Founder of AMPLIFY at the University of Bath, where she delivers the university’s student-led International Women’s Month Summit, with the 2025 summit engaging 11 speakers and four event sponsors including Tiwalola Adebayo, Mercedes Benson and Northern Trust.

She served as a Duke of Edinburgh UK Youth Ambassador, appearing on BBC Radio and News, representing the awards in conversation with HRH Prince Edward, and contributing youth perspectives in Ofcom focus groups on social media policy developments. She also represented the Scouts UK Youth Panel, supporting strategy and programme development for the over-14 scouting programme.

Previously, she worked at EY as a Global Events Intern, coordinating merchandise procurement and event logistics, and handling sensitive attendee data in Excel to support visas and travel for international events. Most recently, she has supported the Open Youth Infrastructure Project funded by Paul Hamlyn Foundation as a Youth Consultant, completing youth sector mapping research in Bath and leading the team to a £1 million pitch to DCMS and other large UK funders.
